Our Mission:
The Forever Blue Foundation is a
501(c)3 non-profit organization that was formed by Rock Hill Police Officer John Rainier and his wife, Melanie, shortly after the deaths of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Officers Jeff Shelton and Sean Clark. To honor their dear friend, Jeff, the Rainiers have committed themselves to doing whatever possible to help the families of law enforcement officers who have lost a loved one in the line of duty. If you are in need of financial assistance due to the loss of a family member killed in the line of duty, please contact us for an application.
